About the speakers:

Tapan Gupta, Director at CGI 
Tapan is an experienced IT leader with lean agile mindset, continuing digital transformation journey. In 15 years of span, Tapan started as mainframe developer in telecom domain. He then had worked as Java/J2EE developer, DevOps practitioner, Change Manager, Configuration Manager, Release Manager in Banking domain. He has been working as a transformation leader in Healthcare domain for last 6 years, practicing Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver Enterprise Content Management(ECM) and System Integration solutions. He has been playing various agile roles like Product Manager, Agile Coach, Scrum master, Product Owner and ECM SME. His expert areas are delivering large portfolio projects with top most quality while keeping the cost to minimum. He also have excellent experience growing the accounts and manage P&L. He likes to coach teams on all aspects to fulfill his corporate social responsibilities. His pattern of working in servant leadership and enjoy working at all level whether it is team, program or portfolio. His commitment to foster excellence at work is respected by everyone.

Alan VanGeem, Public Cloud Operations Manager 
Alan is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and management, of Public Cloud services from AWS and Azure for Alcon business and IT to utilize to support Alcon’s objectives. Part of this role includes the implementation and evangelization of DevOps and Agile practices in Alcon. Alanbegan his career at Alcon in November of 1995 as a Sr. Information Systems Specialist in Alcon’s Manufacturing IT team where he was responsible for application, server, network, and business system design, delivery, and management. Over his 20+ year career with Alcon he has held various positions of responsibility including building and managing Alcon’s Internet practice, building and evolving the BI practice at Alcon, and implementing Enterprise Architecture as a practice. Alan’s most recent role was Program Manager for Global Integrated Hosting where he managed all programs and projects related to Novartis’ worldwide infrastructure hosting service line.  Alan obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, TX.

Claudine Alexander, Program Manager for Public Cloud
Claudine is a results oriented Project Management Professional, having successfully established both operational and program-level Project Management Offices. She has 15+ years of experience delivering IT and enterprise wide projects and programs, using both waterfall and agile / scrum methodologies. In continual pursuit of challenging opportunities, she enjoys leading and mentoring teams, and helping organizations transform in order to achieve their goals and objectives.  Claudine obtained her Bachelors in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas.  Go Mean Green!
