Presentation Overview:

You know you need to do it – yet for some reason, risk management is one of the most neglected of all the project disciplines. It seems too rigorous, time consuming, and hard to get participation from stakeholders. When planning for risks is overlooked, project teams can get blind sighted, embarrassed, or worse – reputations and careers ruined. On the flip side, when done well – heroes emerge. No amount of energy or effort towards identifying, assessing and planning responses for risk is wasted on projects. It's smart, and it's the right thing to do.
