Course Description Project Management professionals are familiar with the concepts of traditional project management, but some companies are turning to Agile Project Management. In this course, students will not only receive a thorough introduction to Agile project management, but will also learn how it aligns with traditional, PMBoK-based project management.
If you're considering PMI's new Agile Certified Practitionner (PMI-ACP), this course will give you 8 contact hours toward that certification in addition 8 PDUs or contact hours toward the PMP certification.
