Establishing a PM Community within your organization does not require a significant investment and can bring to light many tools and techniques to help achieve greater consistency in PM delivery. This presentation will give you an opportunity to see the benefits of a PM Community within your environment. It will address the goals of establishing a PM support system, developing a unique Body of Knowledge, initializing a toolkit with templates/guidelines, maintaining forums/town halls, performing training and certification exam prep, mentoring frameworks and assistance with PM career development.

He also serves as a PMP exam-prep instructor with Crosswind Learning. The bulk of his career has been spent in the airline industry and is complimented with several PM consulting engagements and most recently auto finance.
