Student will learn how to enter information about the various tasks involved, resources required to accomplish the tasks, and the overall cost in order to plan a project. Microsoft®
Office Project Professional (2013 and 2016 editions) acts as a tool that assists you in managing your projects. In this course, you will create and modify a project schedule. This is a level 1 (introduction) and level 2 (intermediate) course.
Student will learn how to create a task list; enter task and resource information; assign resources to tasks; enter duration and cost estimates; and how to baseline projects schedule.
This course is designed for someone who who is responsible for creating and modifying project schedules and who needs a tool to manage them. Students should have an understanding of project management concepts.

Instructor led, group-paced, online-delivery learning model with structured hands-on activities.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
Create a project schedule file and enter task information.
Create a work breakdown structure by organizing tasks and setting task relationships.
Assign project resources.
Finalize the project plan file.
Exchange project plan data with other applications
Report project data visually

Phil Williams is a consultant, speaker and senior instructor with Banyan Group Consulting. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) with extensive experience working with clients large and small across many industries.
As an instructor, Phil brings knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to his classes and workshops. It’s his personal mission to deliver knowledge that will enable project management professionals to be more effective and achieve greater success. Phil has a BBA from Baylor University and currently lives in the Texas hill country near Boerne.
