Annual FWPMI Business Meeting
Maximizing Value of Individuals and Interactions through Business Chemistry®

Expressly designed by Deloitte with scientists from the fields of neuro-anthropology and genetics for use in a business context, Business Chemistry® draws upon the latest computational techniques and analytics technologies to reveal four scientifically based patterns of behavior. The resulting system, Business Chemistry, is easy to remember, but with a sophisticated underpinning that highlights statistically relevant behavioral cues in a business environment. With that in mind, this presentation will help Agile practitioners recognize behavioral patterns in others on their Agile team and focus on improving the effectiveness of their interactions with various types of individuals, as well as combinations of types in team environments.

In order to complete the self-assessment, the attendees will need to bring a laptop or a mobile device capable of internet access.
Link to the self-assessment will be sent prior to the meeting. Attendees will have the opportunity to do that in advance of the meeting or they can do it during the dinner portion of the meeting before the presentation.
The breakdown of the presentation will be as follows:

* Introduction to Business Chemistry
* Completing an online Self-Assessment
* Split room by Business Chemistry Type
* "Love and Bugs" - Understanding your own type
* "Meeting of the minds" - Understanding shared traits and hunching
* "Adapting Your Style" - understand how to interact with all types
