Your Greatest Risk in Project Management
Starting with a specific definition of how we will approach risk, we will work on your live projects and, in group exercises, develop a rigorous and robust risk management plan for your project. In keeping with the best practices of using lessons learned as a live and iterative tool your deliverables will include an action plan to be implemented in your next project launch.
About the Instructor:
Kimi Ziemski, president of Energizing Enterprises, has built a reputation for delivering projects, market requirements, and revenue on time and within budget.
