Ultimate PMP Exam Prep Course (Part 5 of 6)

This is the fifth Saturday in a series of six consecutive Saturdays for the Ultimate PMP Exam Prep. 

Two knowledge areas are covered in this class (half day workshop each): 


Workshop 9 - Using Earned Value for Performance Measurement and Reporting - As a subset of project control, we will discuss the use of earned value to measure a typical project. Earned Value formulas, as define in the PMBOK Guide Fourth Edition will be used, discussed and tested with multiple quiz questions and exercises. Formulas from Control Schedule and Control Costs will be used.

Workshop 10 - Closing the Project - Project Closing processes will be reviewed and discussed. Reading assignments from the PMBOK Guide and Lesson Quizzes will be performed. As part of this section, the PMI Code of Ethics will be discussed as well as new agendas addressing cultural awareness and diversity in project management. Exam tips will be covered at a high level at the end of this workshop.
