Ultimate PMP Exam Prep Course (Part 3 of 6)

This is the second Saturday in a series of six consecutive Saturdays for the Ultimate PMP Exam Prep. 

Two knowledge areas are covered in this class (half day workshop each): 

Workshop 5 - Defining the Project Budget - Continuing with project planning processes, the Cost Management and Quality Management planning processes will be reviewed and discussed in this section. This workshop will include reading assignments in the PMBOK Guide and lesson quizzes and reviews. Key examples of budget preparation will be reviewed. As part of this workshop, the process of Plan Human Resources will be reviewed.

Workshop 6 - Project Risk Planning - The five Risk Management processes that are devoted to planning risk for the project will be reviewed and discussed in this workshop. Key elements of risk planning will be discussed in detail.
