The Killer Competency – Clear and Effective Communications
In this workshop you will work at practicing, observing, and offering feedback on a case study that will help you to improve your ability to communicate effectively and get the results and relationships you want. The key tools are those you already have in your arsenal as a project management professional. The question is whether or not you have honed them to the highest level that you can achieve. We will work with you and give you the ability to do just that.
