A LEAN TOOL-KIT FOR PROJECT LEADERS™- Level I
A COMMONSENSE APPROACH TO PROJECT EXECELLENCE!
A breakthrough technique for Project Leaders. You no longer have to sacrifice Quality, Schedule, or Budget as the practical and hands-on ‘Lean tool-kit’ will allow you to successfully complete all project deliverables in a much shorter lead time on any project.
Currently only approximately 35% of projects are successful. The theory in PM currently states that the project manager has to choose between Scope, Quality, Schedule, Budget, Resources and Risk and at least one of the factors will be impacted to achieve others.
This course will provide a powerful alternative to project leaders i.e. Lean tools. Lean technology has been used world-wide by various corporations and almost any industry. Integrating Lean with PM will allow us to achieve ALL project requirements and within a much shorter time line.
You will learn about:
1. Basics of Lean technology
2. Why lean can be applied to PM
3. Application of basic lean tools for achieving excellence in project management
