Ultimate PMP Exam Prep Course (Part 4 of 6)

 This is the fourth Saturday in a series of six consecutive Saturdays for the Ultimate PMP Exam Prep. 

Two knowledge areas are covered in this class (half day workshop each): 
 

Workshop 7 - Managing Project Work - This workshop covers the eight executing processes defined in the PMBOK Guide Fourth Edition. The workshop focuses on work execution and the management of the project team and stakeholders. Key elements of executing project work will be reviewed and discussed in detail.

Workshop 8 - Controlling the Project - This workshop will focus on specific control processes used to monitor and control the project and used to manage change control. Key elements of controlling a projects success will be reviewed and discussed in detail as part of this workshop.
