Ultimate PMP Exam Prep Course (Part 2 of 6)

This is the second Saturday in a series of six consecutive Saturdays for the Ultimate PMP Exam Prep. 

Two knowledge areas are covered in this class (half day workshop each): 

Workshop 3 - Defining Project Scope - As part of the beginning of planning processes; the processes used to define project scope will be discussed. Collecting requirements, defining the scope, and creating a work breakdown structure will be reviewed. Reading assignments in the PMBOK Guide and lesson quizzes will be completed and reviewed. In addition to planning scope, we will also cover a key process, planning communications, in this section.

Workshop 4 - Defining the Project Schedule - As part of planning the project, this workshop will discuss the processes specific to planning the schedule: defining activities, sequencing activities, estimating activity resources, estimating activity durations and developing schedules will be part of this workshop. Key elements such as identifying the critical path, using what-if scenarios and other tools will be reviewed.
